squid proxy server in ubuntu
 

Hi forum ,

I have configured squid proxy server . I want to restrict some web site . I have made following changes in /etc/squid/squid.conf file .

on the bottom of acl tag

acl blocksites dstdomain .google.com

top of the http_access

acl_access deny blocksites

and I restarted the squid service after that i can not open any web site . did i make any mistake please tell me how to restrict web site through proxy server .

there u will find porn,noprn file.

or by using webmin you can block by access list

Your LQ user name is too long & stupid;) dangerous to you -- I suggest you e-mail jeremy & ask for something shorter, like just "vikas.dange" or "124vikas.dange".

It's too long because it distorts the normal balance between right & left panels of the LQ display.
