Question squid easily says cannot find URL

hai, i am using squid 2.6 Stable 8.

it works, fine. But sometimes, it can easily produce this kind of error :

The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL:

The following error was encountered:
Unable to determine IP address from host name for

The dnsserver returned:
No DNS records

This means that:
The cache was not able to resolve the hostname presented in the URL.
Check if the address is correct.

it occurs 1 second after i put the URL on the browser.
Seems like squid doesn't even try to query the DNS for the URL.

any idea ?

Problem Solved !

Seems like the problem lies on the DNS server of my ISP.

In the end, i set my own DNS server for my network, which act as a cache server that contact some root server

sorry for the trouble...
