Squid delay pool... doubts
 

Hi to all.

I've been reading about how to manage bandwidth users squid.
I have no clear some concepts.
Eg. I doubt whether it is possible to do this:

Users bandwidth should be allocated as they use it. but with a criteria.
That is, if I have a Total of 20mb to distribute in this way

Groupe 1(11mb) ///// Groupe 2 (9mb)

subGroupe1A (6mb)
subGroupe1B (5mb)

subGroupe2C (5mb)
subGroupe2D (4mb)

I want that if the subGroupe1A is not downloading nothing then the subGroupe1B have the 11mb total in case that they need it. But of course if subGroupe1A is using then the limit be respect. The same for all... if the Groupe 1 is not using nothing then the Groupe 2 have the total (20mb)........ is this posible??????

is there other way to do this????
