Squid cookie problem (I guess)

Hi, I am using a windows SSH tunnel + squid 2.7 proxy to surf.
Squid server on debian 6 x32
So far so good except a few minor problems.

Sometimes captchas, save settings options and login screens on websites doesn't work for me.

For example if I visit youtube.com with this setup,
youtube keeps asking to select my location at every page even I select my preferred location.
some of the captchas won't let me in even I typed the right combination.
Also I can't login here on linuxquestions.org but on the other hand I can login gmail.com with the same setup. What am I missing?

Can anyone share any thoughts about this issues?
As always thanks in advance for your time and expertise.
