Squid Configurations

Hi,

I used Webmin to configure Squid, I used the default settings. The clients can see the web so everything is fine. But I have some questions:
  1. I have 20 PCs connected to my squid proxy, so what are the recommendations regarding the cache? Can I have 60GB cache? Are their any memory limitations?
  2. Squid is accepting connections from certain IPs, yet I would like to make iptables rules. My proxy port is 8000; shall I allow all IN tcp/udp or just tcp? Are there any security concerns related to allowing udp traffic?
  3. Do you have any thoughts/recommendations that will help in improving/securing the proxy?

Thnx in advance,
