Squid: cannot open session manager, cannot open network socket

I have a problem.
I have configured a squid proxy; it's running, but there was a problem: it does not provide service to client side.
The error was:

"could not connect to session manager"
"cannot open the network socket"

I am new to this, and have no idea what to do. Please help

Thank you,

Ratibhan Upadyay

Is that your phone number?? I hope not.

What are you doing to get this error? Where does it appear?

Googling that first error says that it's Gnome related, and nothing to do with squid or web browsing whatsoever.
