Squid

Our lab has 20 Machines (Windows 2000 Professional) 1 Machine (Fedora Core 5).

First Ten Machines IPs are : 10.0.0.11 – 10.0.0.20/255.0.0.0
Second Ten Machines IPs are : 192.168.0.11 – 192.168.0.20/255.255.255.0
Linux Machine IP : NIC 1 : 10.0.0.5/255.0.0.0
NIC 2 : 192.168.0.5/255.255.255.0
We are using 64Kbps Dialup Connection for Internet Connectivity. Now newly purchased 256Kbps Leased Line Connection for increase the speed of the Internet connectivity. Both are configured in Fedora Linux Server.

I want to configure the Squid Proxy to fulfill the following requirements.

First Ten Machines should browse the Internet using dialup connection.
Second Ten Machines should browse the Internet using Leased Line Connection.

How to segregate?
