Spam mail issue

Hi Folk,

I have one issue with my mail server. I have qmail server installed on my RHEL OS with spamassassin in cluster mode. i have configured a body filtering rule to filter the body of the incoming emails. now i am facing the isseu my clients emails which my client sending to us is showing the below error message to my client.

Code:

Subject: Undeliverable: From AS Information re: password
 
 
 mail.domain.com rejected your message to the following e-mail addresses:
 
Abc (post@abc.com)
 
mail.domain.com got this error:
spam score exceeded threshold (# 5.6.1)
 
A problem occurred during the delivery of this message to this email address. Try sending the message again. Click Help if the problem persists.
  
Diagnostic information for administrators:

Generating server: domain.com
 
 post@abc.com
 mail.domain.com # 552 spam score exceeded threshold (# 5.6.1) # #

I dont know what is the issue i tried everything but not working, i dont know my server considering it as spam or what. i dont googling but no luck.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

It's called a false positive. You need to reconfigure spamassassin to return a negative on that email.

Learn thee some spamassassin.

I have not done any major configuration changes in spam configuration. the error started automatically before error it was working stable. can you please let me know what can be the issue in the server?
