Am I able to set the sambe file file as some folder can be accessed without password and some folder will popup require user's password to access?

what you would do is make a general share for all users, then make another one and restrict it to certain users or groups. that way only those users or groups can access that directory and no password pop-up would be needed and no one else will be able to access it
