Some user can't print, some error logs was found...

Good morning all.

I have a shared printer that is connected to a ubuntu box using cups printing server.
But the problem is happening with some users that tries to print and nothing happens, Seeing the "All jobs" in cups admin page the jobs sent from that user are showing as complete, so I start digging some logs trying to find some evidence of what was happening and I found this when the user hits "print":

Code:

Apr  7 10:41:36 ubuntu-local parport0: prnt/backend/hp.c 496: unable to connect hpssd socket 2207: Connection refused
Apr  7 10:42:12 ubuntu-local parport0: io/hpmud/pp.c 517: compat_write_data transfer stalled
Apr  7 10:42:12 ubuntu-local parport0: io/hpmud/musb.c 1338: unable to write data hp:/par/HP_LaserJet_4000_Series?device=/dev/parport0: Connection refused
Apr  7 10:42:36 ubuntu-local parport0: prnt/backend/hp.c 496: unable to connect hpssd socket 2207: Connection refused

What my be occouring ? Thanks!

The only thing that springs to mind is permissions.

What groups are those who can print in that those who cannot aren't?
