SNMP traps receiving

I have very basic knowledge of SNMP and trying to send traps from an UPS
device.

On the device's "Trap" section I have setup - trap state ON with Community
Name: Public and Destination IP: IP of the server I want to receive the trap.

There is also another section called "SNMP Information" that asks for system
contact, system name, system location, MIB Access (I selected this "Per
Community Name" Read-Write Community Name: d@m1anrw and Read-Only Community
Name: 1@sdro

I was wondering how do I receive the traps and know that it's working?

Thanks for any help.
