Do not use the words like urgent, asap etc etc. in your post as it will catch attention of the people but in wrong sense. People might not like it as we guys voluntarily devote our time here and that is why we call it a community not support.
Coming back to your issue, I have few questions for you:
1. Any recent changes made to smb.conf file?
2. Did you run testparam to see if your smb configuration file is error free.
3. Did you the location: /var/run/samba/smbd.pid. Does smbd.pid file exist there?
4. What you have done so far to troubleshoot the issue.
