since upgrade debian sarge>etch can't mount smb-shares with ads

hi there,

i upgraded my samba-shares-server from sarge to etch.
after the upgrade, i can't access any samba-shares that
need authentication any more.
the ones that can be accessed anonymously still work fine.
security is set to "ads" what worked perfectly before i
upgraded the system. any ideas?

thanks,

toby

i don't understand this:
net ads testjoin
Join is OK
nevertheless, i cannot access the shares...
