Simple Mail Server to fetch one Mailbox from O365 and provide to localhost

Hi,

I have installed a Wikipedia website with Wordpress based on Debian Stretch in our company.
The plugin' Postie', which collects mails from a mailbox and automatically sets their content as a new post, currently has a problem with Office365 and SSL ports.
So I need a client that runs on the Debian server and can fetch this one mailbox from O365 AND provide it as a normal mailbox to the Debian server (for the plugin postie).
Do you have any idea how this could be implemented relatively easily?
Thank you for your help.

thanks for your answer, but is it possible to get more than one Word?
Of course, I know the common mail servers myself.

Maybe you have a short explanation of how to install it, what to look for and so on.
