Setting up svn+ssh

OK... I'm at a loss here.

I installed svn.

I created a /var/svn/.

I ran { svnadmin create /var/svn/proj }.

I ran { svnserve -r /var/svn/proj -X }.

From another PC I tried { svn co svn+ssh://user@192.168.0.104/@ }.

The files under /var/svn/proj are all belonging to the svn group and have permissions 770. user is in svn group.

I get svn: No repository found in 'svn+ssh://user@192.168.0.104'

What am I doing wrong?
