Question Setting up an IRC Server with services (nickserv, chanserv, etc) on debian

Hi I am attempting to setup a IRC server on my debian "multi-server" (see below for specs and info). So i guess my question is what is the best IRC daemon and what is the best set of services (nickserv, chanserv, etc).

Requirements:
  • IRCd:
    • "easy" to configure
    • Support for Services (nickserv, chanserv, etc)
    • Secure
    • Not a resource hog
    • A webmin module would be nice
  • Services:
    • Easy to configure
    • plays nice with dyndns free domains
    • secure
    • not a resource hog
    • A webmin module would be nice
See pastebin for sys info: http://pastebin.com/0QW7WKt6
