Setting up a printer server


Hello all,
I want to set up a print server that will interface with window operating system.
Please can somebody explain how I can configure my samba configuration file
in /etc/samba/smb.conf file.
Am using fedora core 5 for my server.

I have my printer in the cups server and then have this section in my for a printer.
Code:
[HP3310_Printer]
        printer = HP_Photosmart_3310
        printable = yes
        path = /var/spool/samba
        guest ok = yes
        comment = HP PhotoSmart 3310
        public = yes
        printer admin = root
