Server for PHP. Amazon EC2 t2.small. CentOS

I want mount one server for php application but I don't know what is best: more processor or more memory.
a t2.small by Amazon EC2 will be nice for beginning? 100 user online executing 2, 3 queries per request.

Welcome to LQ!.
Clarify what this php application does "under the hood".
Does it have a mysql db tied to it?
Users doing what? Using what? What does this php application do?

For instance types and their capacities, see http://aws.amazon.com/ec2/instance-types/

So you have 100 users using a ticket support system that utilizes LAMP. Have you ever done this before?
