A lot of problems can be solved without reinstalling your OS.
Could you please explain in detail what the problem is?
Is it related to something you tried in an earlier thread?
ok so i have install the rapileech script ( for persoanl use) and worke fine, after ( the scripte make downloads from port 80 ) i cant make downloads... so i have contact rapidshare ( server where i make the downlaods ) and he have say "we not have problems and we dont have bloque your IP ) ok so after this i have talk with the data center and say me we dont have problems and not have firewall or router... so i go to putty and after do the login i write netstat -an | grep 80 and see
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:80 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN
Well, *that* kind of "problem" (if any) definately doesn't warrant reinstalling your OS. In any case that script is a client and not a server so the port 80 thing doesn't really matter unless Apache dies. I'm sorry but you have to be more specific than "i cant make downloads".
ok so the script go to the rapidshare and make the download to the folder... and now i cant do this becose after make de login in the rapidshare, or i get erro, or i lost the conection, or simply the server make the download but just to 22 mb :s

Much better! If I understand correctly you get: 1) errors or 2) lose connection or 3) partial downloads.
The partial downloads probably are a timeout thing: check if that also happens with smaller downloads.
Lost connections could be caused by anything really. Does that happen often? Does it happen also when you are not downloading?
The errors part still needs some details: what does it say?
