Unhappy separate incoming and outgoing mail server


Hi,

I want to have separate incoming and outgoing mail servers with smtp authentication.
Server1 will act as incoming mail server
Server2 will act as outgoing mail server

How can i authenticate domains users of Server1 from Server2 for smtp authentication.

Any help please

You're asking a big question and providing few details, but I'll try my best...

Sounds like you need to investigate OpenLDAP.
