Sendmail : stat=Local configuration error

Configuration - sendmail, dovecot, squirrelmail

I've changed over to a new server for email, and it does not seem to send mail to users unless their domain name is typed in.

For example, I could send mail to "boss" before, but now I have to type "".

The mail log says that it accepts mail for delivery, but later it says: stat=Local configuration error

The mail does not get bounced, and neither are they in the queue. It seems to just disappear!

Below is part of my, where I think the problem may be. But I could be wrong

dnl MASQUERADE_AS(`')dnl

Thank you for looking.
