sendmail smtp auth without tls in localnetwork

We need to configure a Sendmail SMTP auth, without using TLS in localnetwork.
Auth should look in shadow file. If we try sending mail without Auth, mail should not go thru.

Ok...so where are you stuck? Read the "Question Guidelines" link in my posting signature. You aren't providing any details, such as version/distro of Linux, version of Ssendmail, what you're trying to accomplish, etc. We cannot guess. You are easily able to look up any of the MANY how-to guides on configuring sendmail to get you started...so please don't ask us to look them up for you.
