Perhaps they are in the spam folder?

shii_va 08-21-2009 06:53 AM

Actually i confirm that it is not there in Spam also.

If the mail is delivered to the remote smpt server, the only thing the user can do is ask if the mail has arrived on the server, and what happend with it.

shii_va 08-21-2009 08:22 AM

Actually they didn't have any idea that where is mail is going.

If the mail is delivered to the remote SMTP, they should be able to trace the mail..

well if you can prove the mail is leaving your server, it is up to the admins of the recipient server to find out where the mail is going upon receipt.
how can they not have any idea? have they even done any kind of troubleshooting yet??

Then contact the server, and ask them to trace the mail.
