"sending mails through cron jobs:

i want to recieve mails to my emial id for the cron jobs i have assigned in linux command line..

in your crontab at the top put something like:

Code:
MAILTO="deepthi.deepu@some.real.place.com"
You'll also need something that provides a sendmail binary, eg sendmail, postfix, esmtp, etc
