sending mail from our mail server

Hi
I installed Postfix as mail server for our office.our users can send mail to another on our domain, but they can not send to gmail account, and gmail sends a massage as following :

host gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com[74.125.79.27] said:
550-5.7.1 [85.185.238.100] The IP you're using to send mail is not
authorized 550-5.7.1 to send email directly to our servers. Please
use the SMTP 550-5.7.1 relay at your service provider instead. Learn
more at 550 5.7.1

how can users send mail to gmail account ??
thanks for your any help

To use most smtp servers, you need to have a static IP.
If you have a dynamic IP it is rejected (spam)
So use the SMTP from your provider => smarthost

Like rogers and other ISP's the provide a SMTP. therefore you need to configure a host-relay in postfix main.cf and you it should work ,

is there a domain associated with that ip?
sometimes you need to have reverse DNS setup in order to sent mail.
