What are you using sendmail or postfix? What environment are you in, home or corporate? What are you trying to configure?

We'll be glad to help, if you have a specific question or problem, but you need to provide more information. Saying "help me configure send mail" is like asking "how high is up?" There are far too many variables for someone to be able to pull a configuration out of the blue, that would actually help you.

You're welcome, but you still haven't given enough information for anyone to help you. What have you done so far? What errors are you getting? What version of sendmail are you using? Do you have relay hosts further upstream? Multiple domains? Do your domains need to be masqueraded? Relay control lists built?

You need to be specific in what you're asking for. Otherwise, you would do better to hire a consultant to come in and configure it for you.
