Satellite 6 Scheduling Errata/reboots

Looking for input from those who've deployed satellite 6. There is no native ability (as was in Sat5) to schedule tasks like installing errata, patches etc. Nor to schedule a reboot from satellite.

Support has been less than helpful (and i'm following the bugzilla regarding this issue).

I'm told this can be done with puppet. I'm not sure how though. Is anyone using sat6 and some method of scheduling tasks? Any help or pointing in the direction of some helpful info would be fantastic.

Mods, if this is the wrong place for this please move.

Thanks.
