SAN Howto
 

We hav an EMT64 Blade server running Suse Linux 9 with DB2 installed.

It has a 40 GIG on board disk space. We have a 500 GIG SAN space that DB2 runs on. We need to add an additional 200 GIG. I'd appreciate a quick Howto for configuring this

Could you elaborate on this? I am quite curios about this SAN setup.

I've had problems with adding SAN space to a Linux install. On my SLES 9 server, any space gets added to the system as the first default drive on the server. I got around this by adding the space I needed to the server then reinstalling the OS but if you could figure out how to make the drives persistent it wouldn't be a problem.
