SAMBA in NT to AD migration

Hi,
I have a SAMBA server as a domain member in an NT style domain. We have migrated all of our Windows servers to the new AD style domain and now have to start migrating the linux samba servers. So i figured i need to re-configure smb.conf to accommodate the new ADS settings and modify the KRB5.conf file so that i can connect to a kerberos ticketing server. I restart everything and get a ticket via KINIT USERNAME@DOMAIN. I can even pull the information down with wbinfo but i cannot see to get the SSH portion right which was already working with PAM and for some reason the shares are not asking for passwords. Any help would be appreciated.
