Samba "Disk Full" when copying from Windows

HI,
I am using an embedded board from Atmel called NGW100.
It runs Linux ( kernel 2.6.25.10 ) and Samba Server 3.0.28a.
I've created a test share and ended with this problem:
- I can see the shares and from Linux PC also from Windows PC
- from Linux PC I can do whatever I want on the share, copy, delete ...
- from Windows PC I can only create and delete Folders. no read and write to files. every time I get "Disk FULL" error message.
- I connect from both computers as the same user (but not in the same time).

I searched with google but found no answer.

does anybody seen such a behaviour before.

thanks.
