Running httpd problem after eprints installation

Hello everyone,
My httpd was running when I first installed the eprints software in my server and it run well after creating a repository also. But when I extracted my back archive from a different system to my eprints archive my httpd stoped working. The error report in my /var/log/httpd/error_log is give below.

---------------- EPrints System Warning --------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------
Failed to load config module for myais
------------------------------------------------------------------
error in /opt/eprints3/archives/myais/cfg/cfg.d/oai.pl:
Undefined subroutine &EPrints::Config::myais::latin1 called at /opt/eprints3/archives/myais/cfg/cfg.d/oai.pl line 119.

------------------------------------------------------------------
[Fri Oct 29 13:35:02 2010] [error] Could not open /workflows at /opt/eprints3/perl_lib/EPrints/Workflow.pm line 494.\nCompilation failed in require at (eval 2) line 1.\n
[Fri Oct 29 13:35:02 2010] [error] Can't load Perl file: /opt/eprints3/bin/startup.pl for server myais.fsktm.um.edu.my:80, exiting...

Anybody know how to rectify this problem? and to start my httpd.

Thank you,

With Kind Regards,
Vijay.

As far as I can see (only E-prints 2.3.0) the first error message originates from (install_path/)perl_lib/EPrints/Config.pm in function load_archive_config_module, which just might point to (missing?) (install_path/)defaultcfg/ArchiveConfig.pm, which may be generated / edited by running (install_path/)bin/configure_archive. As the owner requests your should discuss problems over here.
