Rsyslog don't respect disk quota limit

Hi everybody

I setup rsyslog on my Debian 8 to save logs from network devices to files owned by user named netdev (for example )

Because network devices admins often start debug mode on devices and I worry about disk fill up I set disk quota for this user.

But after user netdev exceed disk quota logs files still growing up

Does anyone know why?

Quota info for netdev user:
Code:
# quota -vs netdev

Disk quotas for user netdev (uid 1001):
Filesystem space quota limit grace files quota limit grace
      /dev/dm-0 3680K* 2000K 3500K 7 days 3 0 0

As rsyslog runs as root it is NOT restricted by a user quota. Not even for the user netdev
