Rstatd not installed on a Redhat 6.1

Hi,
i have a Redhat Server 6.1 (Linux ld002app0003 2.6.32-131.0.15.el6.x86_64 #1 SMP Tue May 10 15:42:40 EDT 2011 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux).
I need to use rstatd, but it's not installed.
When i search RPM, i find
rusers-0.15-6.i386.html | Displays the users logged into machines on the local network. | Red Hat Linux 6.1 for i386 | rusers-0.15-6.i386.rpm

Content of RPM :
/etc/rc.d/init.d/rstatd
/etc/rc.d/init.d/rusersd
/usr/bin/rup
/usr/bin/rusers
/usr/man/man1/rup.1
/usr/man/man1/rusers.1
/usr/man/man8/rpc.rstatd.8
/usr/man/man8/rpc.rusersd.8
/usr/man/man8/rusersd.8
/usr/sbin/rpc.rstatd
/usr/sbin/rpc.rusersd

And when i try to install:
rpm -ivh ./rusers-0.15-6.i386.rpm
error: Failed dependencies:
libproc.so.2.0.0 is needed by rusers-0.15-6.i386

But if i want to install libproc.so.2.0.0 i must upgrade the kernel ... but my system administrator can't do it.

I wonder if there is a version of rstatd that works fine whith my redhat 6.1 ?
Thanks

That's not Redhat 6.1 . It's Redhat EL 6.1 : Redhat Enterprise Linux 6.x.

And : 'rusers-0.15-6.i386' is a 13 year old package for the 1999 Redhat 6.x.

The current package name is 'rusers-server'

In addition, use the yum cmd, not rpm. yum takes care of dependencies automatically for you.
