Rookie Xen question?

Dist SuSE Linux Enterprise Server 10.1

I am working on a Terminal Service solution. LTSP and NX have both been great. However, with all the hype about Xen lately my boss asked me if we could some how use Xen as a "Terminal Client". I know almost nothing about Xen and Virtualization, what little researh I have done has suggested Xen dosent operate this way. Instead you have to connect to the server then open the Guest OS but it does not have a remote Client.

Sorry if it seems confusing, but I am confused??????
