Currently my server use SAS 146G 10K. This hdd is in mirror mod. But space in current hdd is not enough. So, my plan is clone current hdd to other SAS 300G 10K.
Are you using hardware to mirror the disks, or software? Let's assume you're using hardware.
Download a LiveCD of Clonezilla and use it to duplicate the 146Gb to the 300Gb disk. Then download and use GParted to increase the size of the partitions on the new disk.
