RHCSA learning... RHEL6 or CENT OS for learning

I am a newbie to linux..
I just joined RHCSA course...
My syllabus is on RHEL6.2

Can I use CENT OS for learning RHCSA ?
Does it affect anyway on my exams if I use CENT OS for leaning ?
Is there any difference between CENT OS 6.2 and RHEL 6.2 ?

yes, you should use CentOS. There is some difference regarding registering with RHN, but outside of the the actual operation is effectively identical.

CentOS is a freely-available operating system that is based on Red Hat and open source software .You can try out latest release of Centos 6.3 version for learning.

Scientific Linux 6.3 is another option, as well. Like CentOS, Scientific strives to be a binary compatible alternative to RHEL.
