For our project we want to install one of the Cisco product (Cisco Prime Performance Manager) in HA environment, and it's rely on RHCS on RHEL 5.7/8
at the beginning of the project we don't know anything about RHCS so we didn't buy Redhat subscription and for some reason we cant increase the project budget for now.
I'd like to know is there a solution to install RHCS without subscription,
also i cant use centos, because this software install on RHEL only.
i have a RHEL iso dvd (rhel-server-5.8-x86_64-dvd.iso) my question is how to install RHCS (red Hat Cluster Suite) without subscription
You don't. If you want to use a commercial product, you pay for it, period. Also, why bother downloading RHEL 5.8 for a new installation, when the latest is 6.3? Why start out with an old version of the OS?

also i have 4 server in (2 cluster, 2 server in each one) is it possible to use trial?
Call Red Hat, and ask them the terms of their licensing.
my software install only on RHEL 5, it check the OS at the begining of the installation, if i use CentOS it give me error,
I take look at the RHEL 5.8 DVD, there is folder named Cluster, it seems this folder contains RHCS packages, can i install them or RHCS require more packages that not ship with its DVD?
another question about subscriptions
what is virtual guest reffered to this page https://www.redhat.com/apps/store/server/
i know the socket (CPU)mean but dont know the virtual guest,
also for RHCS should i purchase HA license or the subscription above is enough?
Best thing is to ask RedHat direct; its their Company/support Service. The Sales Dept will be able to explain exactly what your options are, its their job.

Wrong...your software will work on CentOS. It's only checking the /etc/*release* text file. Replace the contents and it will work fine. And it wouldn't be a bad idea if you also:
Bothered telling us WHAT software you're trying to install
Bothered telling us WHAT error(s) you get
Check with that company for an update, since RHEL5 is a bit old
Asked that company for support on the software you bought

AGAIN:
RHEL is NOT FREE...if you're paying, call Red Hat support and ask them. If you're not, you CAN'T do what you're wanting to do, and SHOULDN'T be using RHEL. Can't say it more simply than that, and it's been said before.

AGAIN: if you have questions about Red Hat licensing, you NEED TO CALL RED HAT.
at the beginning i told my software name, it's CISCO PRIME PERFORMANCE MANAGER and if you read software requirements it only install on RHEL 5.5 5.7 5.8 not 6.x
also i send email to Red hat and ask question about subscription, soon they answer me,
Dear TB0ne

...which clearly says that CentOS IS an option. Again, since this is a commercial, PAY FOR product, you need to CALL CISCO, and ask them if you're having installation problems with their software. Using any version of CentOS after 5.0 is a supported configuration, as is Red Hat Enterprise 6.x.

You can always pick up the phone and CALL Red Hat and get an immediate answer. Are you PAYING for Red Hat? If not, again...you should NOT use it. If you're putting a production server in place with unsupported RHEL, all you are doing is giving yourself headaches later. You will NOT get bugfixes, patches, security updates, or access to the online repositories. Meaning that your server will be unstable and insecure from DAY ONE, if you're using old RHEL 5, since those issues:
Have already been fixed, but you can't update the server, since you're not paying
Have been fixed with RHEL6, which you aren't loading
More issues will come up, and you won't have access to the RHEL6 updates
