If we rename the redhat user, can it will work in prospective of permissions and other??

Hello,

Have a look at the usermod command. There are a lot of things you can change with regards to a user without it changing permissions.

yes, because permission works for USERID not for USER NAME ; here you are changing only name not UID. so everything will work as previously it was working.
