Reiserfs Journal warning when booting system after grub, is it make system slow ???

Hi all, i have a question a new samba pc on my place everytime bootup system is always shown:
Code:
reiserfs journal '/dev/sdb2' in blocks [18..8211]:0: transaction replayed
after that warning it is stuck a bit and go on again to the login screen.
Is it make my samba become slowly? cause user complaining about server slow cause all files user store on /dev/sdb2.

Need advise please and thank's a lot.

Stop improperly turning off the system? Or, your drive may be failing.

Thanks for your reply, but sorry can you explain to me about "Stop improperly turning off the system?" cause i've always turning off system with command shutdown/init0/halt is it something
wrong about that?

Thanks a lot.

No. As long as you wait for it to finish before pulling the power.
