redirecting folders to a separate mount point in /etc/fstab

i have web server and i want to place my files on the home directory(/home/someUser/someProject)

However i was thinking to secure the /home and /tmp by editting the fstab and setting the points to "loop,nosuid,noexec,nodev,noatime,rw 0 0"

LABEL=/home /home loop,nosuid,noexec,nodev,noatime,rw 0 0
i tried to override the above line by adding this line:
LABEL=/home/someUser/someProject /home/someUser/someProject loop,nosuid,noexec,nodev,noatime,rw 0 0 but my server crashed

i wont be able to execute binary files in my project directory but it is recommended by the framework im using to place project files owned by an unprivileged user and play with the apache vhost.

what alternatives do i have and how to do it.... thank you very much...
