Redirect junk mails

Hi, I routinely get a load of e-mails in my Outlook via POP3 daily from "Mail Delivery System" subject "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender". I normally delete them without looking at them.

However, is there a way to move them into a different folder for mass prune on say a monthly basis? This would actually work out better because I can let them pile up in one area not interrupting my other important e-mails, and do analysis to see which person is causing the most of these alert e-mails generated.

You could use filtering in outlook to copy them to the folder you specify.
Don't know if outlook supports this though.
If you use linux to pop the mail, take a look at procmail.

Kind regards

Thanks. However, I want to leave them on the server end rather than downloading into Outlook and ultimately increasing the size of my Outlook's PST file.

I use Dovecot and Postfix. Is there anything we can do with these two programs to filter out the mails I don't want?

You can use procmail

Kind regards
