RedHat support booting 32-bit & 64-bit kernels from single installation?
Greetings,
Is it possible to install either 32-bit or 64-bit RHEL, and then configure it to boot the other kernel? For example, can I install RHEL5 64-bit, and then boot a 32-bit kernel? I have a customer who has a requirement to boot either kernel. I'm trying to determine if this is possible, or will I have to perform a dual-boot installation for each release. I suspect it's the latter. Thanks, - Bill |
