Greetingz!
Well for starters I'd suggest you don't use "LABEL", actually specifiy the device.
Secondly, I'd use grub to make sure you're pointing it at the right drive+partition in the first place.
Third, ask your instructor.

There's a nice post on LQ that might help, too.

Thank's xeleema.

I have try both option both option not success.
The first one like you said to use my device which is sda.
second use grub to point to my first driver /dev/sda1 where my /boot is locate.

Something I forgot to say: the only option i have in my case is to use grub interface and don't have commands to create
initrd directory.
keep troubleshooting and i am getting:"Error 19: Linux kernel must be loaded before

Cannot even boot from CD, check the box for any loose cable, no issue was found.

Thank's again.

Okay, so you have a system that boots-up GRUB, and GRUB can load a kernel, but the kernel gives the following error;
Code:
kernel panic: no init found. try passing init=option to kernel.
That really, really, really looks like you've told GRUB to boot the wrong drive, or you have a "root=" line that's messed up.

If you're running RHEL5, then your grub.conf file should look something like this;
Code:
default=0
timeout=10
splashimage=(hd0,0)/grub/splash.xpm.gz
hiddenmenu
title Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server (2.6.18-2.el5PAE)
root (hd0,0)
kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.18-2.el5PAE ro root=LABEL=/1 rhgb quiet
initrd /boot/initrd-2.6.18-2.el5PAE.img

It would be a really good idea if you fixed that. This and other problems are easier to solve if you can boot a Live CD to correct issues. Have you double-checked your BIOS settings to make sure the CD/DVD-ROM drive is a boot device (before it tries the hard drive)?

solution to ur problem

you should check your /etc/fatab file because the system is not getting the init.dfile to load.so mount it correctly in fstab file.
