No, you hijacked someone else's thread and asked people to email you directly, not to 'share experiences' on the forum. You literally wanted someone to email you a file and talk with you one-on-one over email to solve your problem.

Wrong; you can absolutely download/use RHEL 8 for free; what you do NOT get is updates/fixes/security fixes/patches and support. And since you claim to be using RHEL on a mainframe, that means you have a corporate budget and you say you're paying. With such a budget, it's hard to believe that the sales/support staff is going to make you wait 'days' for help.
