Read content of Emails in Postfix

Is there any way can read content of email in queue? Or emails sent in

Thanks in advance

But you would need to open it whilst it's still in the queue. You invoke it with the QUEUE ID

postcat -q 85CB9AC0F3
The trick is doing this whilst it's in the queue and getting the queueid. Useful for deferred or hold messages, but other than that you need to be very quick :-)
