quota management

Dear Friends

is there GUI tool for managing disk user and group quotas, and for managing ACLs in red hat enterprise Linux 5.

I am not sure but you can check webmin

Yeah, there is a disk quota management on System page. Check out this link for a breif overview of webmin:
