Quorum on Peace M;aker Cluster

Hi all, i have set a two node cluster, with a resource Alwayson mssql and an ip. Till the two nodes are online, it is all right, resource are on line and i can move the resource between nodes, without issues, through manual failover.

But, when i set a node offline, all resource goes offline, even if i have set the no-quorum-policy to false.

On errorlog, i have this error

ERROR: 2017/12/06 15:11:37 Expected to receive 1 sequence numbers but only received 2. Not enough replicas are online to safely promote the local replica.

and this is the status of resources:

Master/Slave Set: ag_cluster-master [ag_cluster]
Slaves: [ SSQLLNX2017 ]
Stopped: [ SSQLLNX2017SEC ]
virtualip (ocf::heartbeat:IPaddr2): Stopped

These are the custom cluster properties that i have set----->

[root@SSQLLNX2017 ~]# pcs property list
Cluster Properties:
cluster-infrastructure: corosync
cluster-name: SSQLCLST2017
dc-version: 1.1.16-12.el7_4.2-94ff4df
have-watchdog: false
no-quorum-policy: ignore
start-failure-is-fatal: false
stonith-enabled: false
Node Attributes:
SSQLLNX2017: master-ag_cluster=10
SSQLLNX2017SEC: master-ag_cluster=10

Any idea on how can i get resource on line with one node online only?

Thank you for answers!!
