If you do just

sendmail -q on its own, and then check mailq again to see if it is processing it ?

Well your queue is now down to 4, so it is processing

Plus, the * after each id shows it is processing the mail

I have to stop sendmail and force send the queue mail .... 6 to 10 time for day restart MailScanner and sendmail to force send queue mail, I don't know for what reason the mail is queue and not send (other mails send ok on first time).
