question about fuser

When I check socket on my box (Centos 5.5) I notice a strange behavior:

fuser 80/tcp
fuser -4 80/tcp
fuser -6 80/tcp

don't give me any result.
But apache is running!

Quote:
tcp 0 0 :::80 :::* LISTEN 25960/httpd
Why? Thankyou
