QMail problem

Hi,

One of our users, by mistake, set a forwarder to her own email account, without saving a copy in the inbox. This resulted in (probably) a recursive forwarding, which made her out of incoming mails for couple of days. Are the mails sent to her are lost; would the sender have got his/her emails bounced? Is there any way to recover the lost emails?

Configuration:

CentOS 5.5
qmail-toaster-1.03

Please let me know if you need more information in this regard.

Thanks

I have given up. Lost is lost. Went through the /var/log/qmail/smtpd/current to see who tried to send emails to the particular user during the period and requested them to resend the emails.

Cheers
